A cold and wet January plus a national lockdown are a depressing combination that only excellent wine and music can blow away! Join Dominic & Jessica for Sour Grapes’ next Tasting Notes ‘A night in Italy’.

Following on from the incredible success of the Christmas tasting which saw around 100 people join us, ‘A night in Italy’ will be a fun and informal evening tasting three exceptional Italian wines, two exquisite reds by boutique producers and one of the very best white Soaves in the world, hand picked by Dominic.

We’ll cover the basics of tasting, a little bit of background on the key wine regions of Italy and which wines go best with Italian food. During the evening Jessica, who recently won First Prize at the prestigious Kathleen Ferrier Awards, will delight us with songs and arias from Italy for a brilliant Friday night in at the end of the month. As ever, there will be prizes…!

A household ticket for the tasting is £70 which includes a case of three exquisite wines, delivery anywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland), a led tasting by Dominic and a recital performance by Jessica.

Should you not be able to join in the live tasting via Zoom on the evening then the video of the tasting will be made available to view on demand at your leisure!
