Tasting Notes: An Easter Extravaganza - Saturday 20 March, 7:30pm

Lockdown getting you down? Can’t wait until June 21 and the freedom that comes with it? Well, let us bring you a social occasion to remember just before Easter, with exceptional wines and superb live music. Join Dominic & Jessica for Sour Grapes’ next Tasting Notes: ‘An Easter Extravaganza’!

Over 200 people have now joined us for our Tasting Notes events and we hope you will join us for a fun and informal evening tasting three exceptional wines from boutique producers, a white, rose and red, all picked with suitability for Easter weekend in mind.

We’ll cover the basics of tasting, a little bit of background on each wine and which wines to consider pairing with your Easter lunch, whether you’re feasting on lamb or aubergine, beef or fish. During the evening Jessica, who recently won First Prize at the prestigious Kathleen Ferrier Awards, will delight us with songs and arias, making it a special lockdown Saturday night event. As ever, there will be prizes…!

A household ticket for the tasting is £70 which includes a case of three exquisite wines, delivery anywhere in the UK (including Northern Ireland), a led tasting by Dominic and a recital performance by Jessica.

Should you not be able to join in the live tasting via Zoom on the evening then the video of the tasting will be made available to view on demand at your leisure!
